For global beauty brand owners, private label distributors, and cosmetics wholesalers, the success of an eyeshadow palette depends on what happens behind the factory doors. A stunning color story on paper means nothing if the actual product suffers from batch-to-batch color variance, heavy fallout, or shatters during international transit.
At Sxanlon Cosmetic, we operate a state-of-the-art, GMPC and ISO 22716 certified manufacturing facility. Today, we invite our global B2B partners into our cleanroom facility to explore the advanced engineering, specialized formulations, and rigorous quality control that power our market-leading OEM/ODM Eyeshadow Manufacturing Process.

1. Raw Material Selection & Formula Proportioning
We adopt cosmetic-grade raw materials including high-purity color pigments, natural mica powder, soft powder base, and skin-friendly bonding ingredients. All materials pass safety testing. According to mature professional formulas, each ingredient is accurately proportioned to ensure fine texture, uniform coloring, and stable adhesion of the eyeshadow powder.

2. Ultra-Fine Grinding & Uniform Mixing
The mixed raw materials go through multi-cycle ultra-fine grinding to remove coarse particles and powder agglomeration. High-speed homogeneous mixing ensures even distribution of pigments and functional components, making the powder silky smooth and greatly improving color payoff and blendability.

3. High-Pressure Compression & Shaping
The refined powder is quantitatively filled into each color grid and pressed with high-precision constant-pressure equipment. This compression process makes the powder compact, solid, and anti-breaking, effectively reducing flying powder during use. Custom logo embossing and exclusive patterns are available for private label brands.

4. Strict Quality Inspection & Assembly
Semi-finished eyeshadow palettes undergo full quality checks, including flatness inspection, powder firmness test, color difference test, blendability test, and long-lasting wear test.
Qualified single-color pans are assembled into complete eyeshadow palettes. Workers conduct manual inspection, mirror and brush assembly, box fitting, labeling, and sealing in a dust-free environment.
